Ghost Adventures S02E07 Moon River Brewing Company
Located in one of Savannah's oldest and most haunted buildings, the Moon River Brewery started pouring pints in 1999. Originally built in 1821 by Charleston native Elazer Early, the City Hotel was the town's first hotel and post office.
The City Hotel was an upscale establishment, however the affluent clientele occasionally resorted to violence defending their Southern honor. Drawing in customers from the Yankee North, locals weren't always friendly to City Hotel customers. In 1864, after an increased wave of violence, the hotel closed when Gen. Tecumseh Sherman led the Union Army through Georgia.
By the time Gen. Sherman reached Savannah, the city was mostly deserted and buildings were spared typical Union destruction. The City Hotel survived the Civil War, and sat largely unused until the 1990s, when it was renovated into the Moon River Brewing Company.
Ghost Adventures S02E06 Eastern State Penitentiary
Considered to be one of the most haunted locations in the world, Eastern State Penitentiary first opened its doors in 1829.
The prison was designed to hold 253 prisoners, each occupying a solitary confinement cell for their entire sentence. The harshest punishment, solitary confinement was meant to help criminals find penance, remorse and salvation. In reality, it drove many prisoners insane.
Before the opening of Eastern State, prisons were nothing more than holding pens for the unwanted and corrupt; men, women and children were housed alongside petty criminals and violent killers. In the late 18th century, The Philadelphia Society for Alleviating the Miseries of Public Prisons, led by founding father Benjamin Franklin, worked to transform these wasted prisons into facilities that fostered reform.
Their ideas became tangible in 1822 when construction began on Eastern State. It was an expensive undertaking to bring the groundbreaking design to fruition. It featured vaulted ceilings and skylights to let in "God's light" and each cell was equipped with a toilet, running water, heat and a Bible. After its completion, more than 300 prisons all over the world copied its designs, systems and practices.
Isolation was impressed upon prisoners even when they left their cells for work detail. Each inmate wore heavy masks that prohibited communication with one another. The loneliness and isolation was oppressing; too much for some prisoners to bear, many took their own lives at Eastern State Penitentiary.
Ghost Adventures S02E05 Birdcage Theater
The Bird Cage Theater on Allen Street in Tombstone, AZ, is an icon of America's wild, wild West. "The New York Times" once called the former gambling hall, saloon and brothel, "the roughest, bawdiest, and most wicked night spot between Basin Street and the Barbary Coast."
The walls are riddled with over 140 bullet holes and at least 26 people lost their lives here in gun or knife fights. Today this venue of ill repute holds the distinction of being Tombstone's most haunted building.
Tombstone found its beginnings back in 1877, when a prospector named Ed Schieffelin hit silver. As news of his fortune spread, it seemed the town popped up overnight as eager miners flocked to the region hoping to strike it rich. In addition to the general store, saloons, hotels and brothels were added to Tombstone's main street as quickly as men could build them. At its height, the lawless Tombstone was home to over 3,500 licensed prostitutes.
In December 1881, the Bird Cage Theatre opened its doors -- and stayed open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The opera house and saloon was home to some of the most expensive prostitutes and high-stakes gambling in the region; it was where the luckiest miners went to squander their newfound riches. Downstairs housed the private poker room where the minimum buy-in was $1,000.
Although the players changed, the game ran continuously for eight years, five months and three days. Some famous names dealt in were businessmen Adolph Busch and George Randolph Hearst and notorious outlaws Diamond Jim Brady and Doc Holliday.

The discovery of a mysterious being left perplexes scientists
U.S. scientists have discovered on a beach near the city of Cincinnati, Ohio, fossils of a mysterious creature.
So far, experts can not even determine whether it is an animal or plant.The numerous items found have a rounded shape and the scientists were part of a living organism. Everyone was surprised to join them: the child was over 2 meters long and one meter wide.
There remains the difficult task of determining the species with these remains. However, there are some versions which consider it a huge algae, others think it is a jellyfish, or a unicellular organism. Indeed, the version of the algae is the author of the find, a geologist at the University of Cincinnati, David L. Meyer.
Meanwhile, the paleontologist Bruce Lieberman of the University of Kansas, suggests that the fossils of strange being could be fragments of ancient corals or invertebrates. "It is unlikely that the remains found belonged to a single, large animal. Not that this is impossible, but I think it is very unlikely, "he said.
According to Meyer, researchers made a unique discovery of a being unknown to contemporary science. "We believe that the unusual finding has a biological nature, but still do not know what it" believes the geologist.
It also claims that need to show the remains of this creature paleontologists to determine what was this man.
Recently, paleontologists found with surprise a creature unknown to science that lived in prehistoric oceans 500 million years ago.
The fossils were found in the famous Burgess Shale geological formation known for its fossils and is situated in the Canadian Rockies.

Atkinson caught in the screen of your sound a foreign object. The device, which captures images of space that extends under the ship every quarter second, showing an elongated object of more than five feet wide that moved about 22 meters deep. The shape of the figure is similar to a large snake.
Although sonar can not provide accurate data on the length of the object, the experts in finding the Loch Ness monster have excluded the possibility that the images obtained at that depth are consistent with those of a fish, a seal or trash. They insist that this is a strange animal.
Steve Feltham, a monster hunter 49 years, believes in the lake "no animals as large as that of this image" and can not be a fish or a seal because such depths are not. Adds that it is "best evidence" of the existence of the monster, whatever inspires you to continue your search at least 20 years, says the Daily Mail

The Flatwoods Monster Case
Here's a video presentation of renowned author, newspaper & magazine reporter and investigator Ivan Sanderson's 1953 audio report (during a radio interview in New York) of what he discovered only 1 year earlier in 1952.
The Braxton County (West Virginia) incident is world famous and continues to be evaluated with the top UFO investigators. Considered one of the world's most unusual happenings, the UFO (sometimes referred to the Braxton County Monster and not to be confused with that other famous West Virginia monster, The Mothman") was seen by at least 14 people.
Hear Ivan Sanderson talk about what the kids saw... and how they (and a dog) reacted. The date was September 12, 1952. What the boys saw was described as a "shooting star" that fell to earth on the top of the hill adjacent to the playground. About the length of a football field away, they all saw an object that was glowing and hissing. Walking closer to check out the "star", they noted that it was about 10 feet around.
A few feet away from this glowing object they saw two lights, much like the glow of flashlights, about 12 inches apart. One of the boys had a flashlight and when he turned it on the object a huge creature with "...a bright red face, bright green clothing, a head which resembled the ace of spades, and clothing which, from the waist down, hung in great folds" was seen. Newspapers sent special reporters to cover the story.

A mystery over the skies of Texas City has a lot of people talking. Unusual red lights were caught on camera by perplexed residents over the weekend. From flares to UFOs everyone has their own explanation.

James is one of several people who got video of the peculiar red lights and posted it online.
"It was like in a Z pattern," she recalled. "It was like a perfect Z."
James and other worried eyewitnesses say those strange lights circled the sky for at least 20 minutes, slowly moving about in geometric shapes.
"It was a straight line, then it went to like a figure 8, and then it made this half moon and kept changing shapes."
At first some thought the lights were from tower antennas near Moses Lake. But when neighbors remembered lights on the tall towers don't move, that's when all the speculation and jokes began.
Eyewitness Matthew James said, "Oh yeah, everybody, alien this... alien that. It was just pretty funny."
The bottom line -- neighbors say they want some answers about this strange sighting. So we talked to Texas City's Homeland Security Director Bruce Clawson.
He said, "No, no aliens that we know of."
Clawson's been reviewing video and looking into reports of the strange sighting. He says investigators have already ruled out alien activity.
"You know the hidden agenda here is UFO," Clawson explained. "The lights weren't what normally gets reported. They didn't move in concert, they didn't move fast. They moved very slow and drifted."
Clawson says the lights appear to be nothing more than a big prank. And curious neighbors are laughing it off.
James said, "Just a little excitement."
The homeland security director says someone was playing a practical joke. When we asked if that person would face any punishment or criminal charges, Clawson said no, not at this time.

A group of international scientists found a tomb dating from the first century D. C.., Which, according to several of them, contains the oldest symbols of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, found so far.
The researchers say that the tomb has the image of the Bible story about Jonah and the whale, which for many symbolizes the resurrection of Jesus. If indeed so, it follows that this image will be the most ancient symbol of victory of the son of God over death found yet.
But Mark Goodacre, religion professor at Duke University, says that this is something quite different: that the image is a vase with two handles, a common object to the Roman style, dominant at the time.
"When the fish is not fish," asks the teacher. "When you have mangoes, mangoes like. It is a vase that looks like many others found the Roman period. "
However, the first group says that their ideas are confirmed by a text. According to them, the letters also speak of the resurrection. The final conclusions about the findings are still unknown: they must appear after the end of the discussion among scientists.

Parallel Realities & the Paranormal Phillip Imbrogno

Unknown Bi-Pedal Creature Discovered In Azerbaijan 2012
The fresh skeleton of an unknown creature possibly a Dinosaur or mutated Chupacabra, was found by local residents in Tartar, a district of Azerbaijan on Friday. Local officials and residents claim that they have never seen anything like this before.
A representative of the Veterinary Department of Terter said, this is the first time we have encountered anything like this, the remains of the beast were very fresh, possibly weeks old, and the creature, judging by its structure and build was a buck, certainly bi-pedal, able to walk on his hind legs, its scary to think also, that this might have been the young of something much much bigger.
